Field Day 2023 is at the Brookhaven Recreation Office (old Armory) Saturday to Sunday. This is an over night radio operation by the Southwest Mississippi Amateur Radio Club and is open to the general public.
VE Test registration is 9AM to 10AM Saturday ONLY, with exam starting after registration is completed. Please bring original license and CSCEs for credit with copies and your photo ID. Copy equipment may not be avaliable. Please have correct change for the 2023 application fee of $15.00
Location is in the “Old National Guard Armory” at 689 Old Highway 51 NE, Brookhaven, MS 39601.
Directions from Intertate 55 are Exit 42, go east on Union Street extension, toward Industrial Complex but turn right, south on Highway 51. After the turn on to 51, Rec Office is on the right, just south of the “Original Cracker Barrel.” The exit from I-55 is Union Street and the red light at Hwy 51 has an Exxon station cross to a Shell station.
